🧩 Interview Process: Frontend Developer

✅ Stage 1 – Introductory Interview (Total: 1 hour)

• First 30 minutes:

  Introduction & discussion around past experience and previous projects.

  Focus: alignment on expectations, career goals, and technical exposure.

• Next 30 minutes:

  Technical questions on React, NextJS, frontend architecture, REST APIs, and related topics.

✅ Stage 2 – Technical Deep Dive (1.5 hours)

• If the candidate is promising after Stage 1, we schedule a 1.5-hour in-depth technical interview.
• This includes questions about:
  • React, NextJS.
  • Frontend architecture.
  • Problem solving.
  • No live coding! We don’t like that at Sensey.
  • Security
  • Cookies & Caching
  • Testing strategies
  • Common failure scenarios and security implications

🧠 Optional: Follow-up Step (Paid Trial Period)

Depending on the outcome of Stage 2, we may proceed with the following path:

🅱️ Paid Trial Period

• Instead of a case, we offer a part-time trial period at Sensey, to collaborate on a real task.

• Typical setup: 2 day per week for 1 month (e.g., 16 hours/week).

• Fixed payment: €400/month

• Payment methods:

  • Through Juuli platform

  • Or by sending an invoice directly to:

• You are not expected to quit your current job during this period.

  The goal is for both sides to explore team dynamics and chemistry in a real working context.
