🧑‍💻 Internship Interview Process at Sensey
✅ Stage 1 – Introductory Interview & Portfolio/Project Discussion (Total: 1 hour)
- First 30 minutes
- Introduction and background: Who you are, your learning goals, and what excites you about the internship.
- We introduce Sensey’s culture, async collaboration style, and what an intern’s journey typically looks like.
- Alignment on expectations, values, and mutual fit.
- Next 30 minutes
- Project walkthrough: You share past work (e.g., GitHub, portfolio, Figma, school projects, or personal initiatives).
- We ask questions about your decision-making process, technical or design approaches, and collaboration experience.
- No live testing — we care more about how you think, learn, and communicate.
🔄 Trial Period – 1 Month Mutual Evaluation
- If there’s a match after the interview, we begin with a 1-month trial internship.
- The purpose is to get to know each other in a real, low-pressure working context.
- You’ll work on real tasks relevant to your role (e.g., product design, frontend components, backend APIs).
- Study schedules are respected, but must be planned at least 1 week beforehand in your agenda.
- During the month:
- You’ll receive mentorship, async feedback, and light guidance.
- We’ll evaluate collaboration, communication, and ownership.
- At the end of the month, both sides decide whether to continue the internship.
